Future Interior Design Bio

Kleinsteuber Kollection is a design blog run by Pittsburgh-based interior designer, Trista Kleinsteuber.  It was launched in September of 2005.  Kleinsteuber attended school at the University of Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania.  She has a four year bachelor degree and was an intern for two years.  She likes to work on projects with many colors and patterns involved.  Kleinsteuber Kollection attracts a diverse group of devoted interior designers.  The Kollection founder Trista Kleinsteuber has a unique angle on the industry, having worked with many different types of design projects.

Housing Life Cycle

Right now:

Right now I would like to stay living in the house that I currently live in.  It is a four bedroom and three bathroom house that is 3600 square feet.  The house also contains two built in gas fireplaces.  It will fit my needs at this age because the house is very spacious and I am used to the placement of things since I have been living here since I was six.  It is a rambler style house so if I got hurt I would never have to go downstairs to do anything because all the necessities are located upstairs.

21:

When I am 21 I would like to live in a house in Duluth, Minnesota because I am attending college at the University of Minnesota Duluth.  I would rent a house with some friends.  It would be a three bedroom and two bathroom house that is 1650 square feet.  The house would cost $1200 a month for rent.  It will fit my needs because it will be close to campus but far enough away where I can do things within the city as well.  It is an affordable house for a group of college students and is a nice start for learning how to live in the real world.

 

41:

When I am 41 I would like to live in a house in an average size town in Minnesota.  It would be a four bedroom and three bathroom house that is 4500 square feet.  It will fit my needs at this age because the house is big enough for my children.  Also, because there is a lot of land and it is located close to the community.  It is a reasonable price for the size.  The house is up to date and constructed well.

 

71:

When I am 71 I would like to live in a house somewhere in Minnesota, but not right in town.  It would be a three bedroom and three bathroom house that is 3200 square feet.  The house contains granite countertops and two fireplaces.  It will fit my needs because it will be very spacious for all the children and grandchildren when they come over.  It is also a rambler style house so you don’t have to use the stairs if you don’t want to.  It will also be a resemblance of the house I had when I was growing up.
